"144 FPS" isn't a thing in any film medium. Almost all anime is filmed in 23.976 FPS. If you want smooth playback without "jitter" during pans, you just make sure your playback device and monitor device are set to match that framerate (usually automatic as long as you use exclusive mode in desktop players). Some crappy apps on devices like the Nvidia Shield won't do this automatically and you have to set the Shield manually to display at 23.976 FPS in the device/display settings. On desktops where this doesn't seem to work, decent players have an "interpolation" algorithm that will fix jitters during panning shots. Just make sure it's turned on. Who are you and why do you do this? You've uploaded tons of busted encodes of various series. All of the screenshots I've seen of your encodes look AWFUL. WHY?
