![screenshot](https://i.imgur.com/F6VMIhV.png) 1080p Crunchyroll WEB-DL from SubsPlease with English dub synced from FUNimation and an accompanying signs subtitle track. Features English Dub, Japanese Dub, English Signs subtitle, and English Full Subtitle. *The other releases couldn't figure out how to properly name the season, used the lower bitrate CR (128kbps) audio instead of FUNimation (256kbps) audio for the English track, didn't force flag the signs track for player preference settings to work as intended, and opted to go with subtitles that have [horrible styling and worse TS](https://storage.animetosho.org/sframes/000e7e89_352360.png?s=4) than the [official subs](https://storage.animetosho.org/sframes/000e21f6_352360.png?s=3).* So I have opted to do the whole season. **Numbered as Season 3 to follow [TheTVDB](https://thetvdb.com/series/demon-slayer-kimetsu-no-yaiba/allseasons/official) for all Plex/Kodi/etc users.** Using SXXEXX naming but labeling this S02 completely defeats the entire purpose of even using such naming as all of these databases seem to consider the Mugen Train arc as Season 2. You can debate whether this should be the case or not all you want, but as long as said sites go with this numbering it should be followed in order for the whole reasoning behind such naming to even exist. Otherwise you’re simply better off not even bothering to use said naming in the first place. It is what it is. You pick how you wish to watch. [**Discord**](https://discord.gg/F43jMEjzwR)

Calls it season 3 when it's actually season 2.
> Calls it season 3 when it’s actually season 2. Spoony very clearly defined the reasoning behind numbering as such in the description. Besides the fact is no "official" source that I've seen actually lists this as season 2 (or season 3 for that matter). They just simply don't use season naming at all. The Blu-rays even just use the arc naming for both 7 episode Mugen Train and 11 episode Entertainment District volumes. If LostYears would've continued Kimetsu no Yaiba, we too would've numbered Mugen Train as Season 2 and Entertainment District as Season 3 for the exact same reasons Spoony did.
This is season 3 because the movie was released as a 7 episodes season 2.
@enemyd Missing the point, anyone who uses media servers needs it to be listed as Season 03 because of the Database even though it's [not](https://youtu.be/hKcqLNV0qdw), can't call recap episodes released a year after the Movie S02 when everyone watched the movie. But someone who doesn't use media servers probably would name the show such as this: 2019 Demon Slayer S01 2020 Demon Slayer Movie 2021 Demon Slayer S02
so someone please correct me lol. Demon slayer Mugen Train was just one movie did it have several episodes or was Mugen Train the only piece and This Season 02 or 03 which ever you want to call it picks up right after Mugen Train?
@NilkNarf Mugen Train was a movie that got re-released as a 7 episode series just prior to Entertainment District starting. That 7 episode series is what some would call Season 2: https://myanimelist.net/anime/49926 This Entertainment District, or Season 3 as it's numbered here, is the sequel to Mugen Train and continues where it left off: https://myanimelist.net/anime/47778 You can skip the 7 episode Mugen Train series if you've seen the movie or vice verse. The next arc, Season 4 has already been announced and will be called Swordsmith Village: https://myanimelist.net/anime/51019 alternatively these sites also break it down in the same way: https://trakt.tv/shows/demon-slayer-kimetsu-no-yaiba https://thetvdb.com/series/demon-slayer-kimetsu-no-yaiba/allseasons/official
@ChaoXide Thanks!! for the longest time I was looking for these episodes but its just Mugen Train that was chopped up into episodes. Thanks for clearing that up.
