That was exactly the plan. We've been using this same naming pattern throughout S1 and S2 as well.
@HachiRokuNiSanKyu It is, but it also true that a lot of GJM projects finish way after the season is over.
Talentless Nana just got finished a few weeks ago, despite ending nearly four months ago. My Dressup Darling is on episode 7, so just over halfway thru last season's show.
GJM does good subs, but they are not quick by any meaning. Even before CR and HS, a regular fansub group would probably take maybe a week at most to get an episode done.
