The comment above makes little sense. Reminds me of the meme “smart phones dumb people”.
If the show was animated at 720p, 1080p will look worse and you will not gain more details.
Reencode is mostly done for people that need that mini size shit tier quality bc they can’t afford a bigger/additional HDD.
HEVC is a codec which seems more advanced than any of these people who break video quality with amateur Handbrake etc. settings.
->If it is done right, you save file size and won’t see much difference.
If there are no seeds, you can’t download, Einstein.
