#### Encoder(s): Jensen --- Release notes: *The source material is True 1080 video. This resolution for the BD edition was obtained by downscaling the original master copy or the theatrical copy, which caused artifacts such as ringing and jaggies. These have been carefully removed to protect the style of the original Line Art. Also, the source material contains a rather strong grain effect, which is designed to prevent the banding effect. The release of ANK-Raws is much more effective because of the HEVC 10-bit codec and the huge saving in storage space. https://nyaa.si/view/1032430 The Beatrice-Raws release, with its aged AVC 8-bit codec, is neither contemporary nor acceptable of the wasted storage space due to the much larger rips.

Modern codec over AVC and 10bit are better tools but don't make for a better encode... It is the encoder.
