@Lord_Zidane I've noticed Ember getting a little sloppy with enabling sub/audio tracks in some recent releases. I haven't DL'd yet, but I'm guessing the subs/audio are actually in the file, but that that tracks aren't "enabled". You can use MKVToolNix to re-enable the tracks. Others have said there are ways to manually play those tracks as well in the player, but I haven't tried. I simply fix them with MKVToolNix and move on.
Like @Lord_Zidane said, the audio/sub are "disabled" on the EP8 & 9. Also just like @tktorrents said, you can fix it yourself using MKVToolNix.
You can google the link yourself. After downloading the program, open it, drag and drop the file you want to fix, check the codec table on the bottom, click on the Audio and Subtitles (AAC, AC-3, Substation Alpha) and on the properties tab to the right, change the "Track enabled" flag from NO to YES. After that, click on the Start multiplexing, open the destination folder and you'll have your "fixed" mkv file.
It's quite simple and might be useful if you encounter similar issues with future downloads.
I'm not good at explaining, but I assume this is enough for you guys to get the gist of it, and I'm sure that you guys can figure it out yourselves.
