Eng Sub is not switable means not soft-sub but hard-sub. Is it on purpose?

TakTanaka, there is no mistake here with the video... All WEBRip version of this movie, IS English Hardsub. We have to wait until Bluray comes out to get a RAW video. I have searched almost all the net and there are only WEBRip version for now.
