Netflix re-encode meant to take the absolutely ghastly source quality and make it somewhat tolerable. Which I think the encoder succeeded in. Sure, there's still some lingering artifacts because it's just filters, not magic, but considering how bad the show looked unprocessed I think Setsugen did an amazing job.

Like last episode, this encode has corrections from the TV broadcast (meaning the logo in Emporio's cap and clothes).

Figured I'd drop in here and give a quick update: After many delays, episode 4 is nearly complete and just pending release check, which has been a bitch to schedule. Progress has been made on episode 5 (and 6 too, but 5 is further along) in the meantime. No ETA unfortunately, but work is being done.
