Source: French Blu-Ray
Video: CRF 15 1920×1080 10bit (CRF 17 for OP/ED)
Audio: JAP 2.0 AAC
Subs: GJM
Release notes: Merged in NCOP/NCED where applicable.
Used zones for OP/ED with a higher CRF value to help reduce file size.
Ended up using the French Blu Rays as only the 4 first episodes where available from the Japanese Blu Rays, and the US Blu Rays has some fuckery done to the color: https://imgsli.com/OTMzMjc/0/2
The NCOP/NCED on the French Blu Rays also surprisingly had hardsubbed romaji karaoke.
This release does not contain the OVAs, GJM’s release of the OVAs are available here: https://nyaa.si/user/GoodJobMedia?f=0&c=0_0&q=one+punch+man+s2
@Fukanzenta3CeLL You could always check the linked website... I've pasted it below for those that can't be bothered to check.

> What’s with the framerate of the NCOP/NCED? Seem lower than normal? Took at look at GJM’s blu-ray release the framerate of the OP/ED on them are fine…
It’s unfortunately a issue with the NCOP/NCED files on the French BD’s and not worth fixing, at least until the Japanese Blu-Rays are available for all 12 episodes.
There is a pattern of 2-D-2-D-3-D, where a number represents a frame with motion and D represents a duplicate of the previous frame. Not sure what would cause this, but I suspect it might be whatever software they used to hardsub the karaoke.
@Gnosis Either mux these into the existing files, or depending on your player you can just drop them in the same folder as the main files and they'll be added during playback as external files. EN Dub and Signs track from the AU BD. I haven't tested these but they *should* be fine as there's no blank frames at the start of the video like this encode.

For OP, I doubt you'd ever actually want to re-encode the series, but the above BD is much better than the US one if you ever consider doing so. Correct Color space, and encoded with x264. Sadly the NCOP is also screwed on their BD with duplicated/missing frames and mono audio, but the episodes have the original Japanese credits anyway.
