Here's kind of a rarity, the red headed stepchild from You're Under Arrest-so bad it's good. HKDVD rip, audio and video are good, subtitles are kind of janky but serviceable. Actually the video and audio are copied from the japanese dvd with no changes.

I searched under the english name and the japanese (Taiho Shichau zo in America) and couldn't find any other release for this.
