I haven’t compared it myself, but was told this is what the TOEI BDs look like too. DNRed.

If you want the grainy version, that’s Amazon. It has its imperfections though it looks a lot nicer, imo.

from the screenshots it looks like shit, it also doesn’t have portuguese subs… yeah hard pass on that

Why would it. It’s not the Salvat era anymore.

The only way for Portuguese to be included is if the country as a whole (not that there’s that much of it), to be a state/region of Spain.
