Not sure how many of the changes were intentional, but for your and everyone else's information: 1. The style of the OP credits has been changed, now they're all green and orange instead of white 2. Main dialogue has been changed to yellow and a different font (likely intentional) 3. Not all the signs were retimed correctly 4. The default style of the signs was changed, causing most if not all of them to be wrong 5. Doesn't matter to me-they're better than no subs at all. And the main dialogue was changed to Tahoma bold in yellow probably to make them easier to read. Not everybody like white subs, they're too hard to read a lot of the time.

@Shinon71 You're absolutely right about that. 👍 Furthermore, not only "...CAN be read...", but rather the readability is at its optimum with white Helvetica (or the like sans-serifs) with black borders. (Readability is defined as time needed per word/phrase-perception.) But if some prefer blue text, with dark-blue outlining, on a light-blue sky, or else whatever - à la bonne heure!

I stand by my assertions-yellow is a highly contrasting color but thick black outlines with a slight shadow do more to enhance readability than color-BUT try saying white subs with thin outlines against a white background are readable. No fucking way. I've experimented with many different fonts and colors and I always come back to Tahoma bold in bright yellow with thick outlines. Caveat emptor

I like yellow subs. Actually I force all the softsubs to be yellow. I don't care if it break the signs, not like most "fan"subs even bother with them anyway. Yellow is such an uncommon color in anime, it's less trouble to get a better contrast compare to white in front of light backgrounds. Japs themselves on their TV show never use white subs so I'm used to other colors.

I don't have to convince anybody-I know what I like and that's all that counts. Modern fansubs 2022-who gives a fuck? Subtitles are meant to be read-if they aren't easy to read then they're totally useless-almost like a book with blank pages.

Yellow subs are so hideous I have no idea how people can tolerate them. Unless you are some kind of special daltonic breed, white subtitles with black outlines are perfectly readable. Edit: also, seems like this release is completely fucked up. Just download the original.
