No, Revue Starlight the Movie and Revue Starlight Rondo Rondo Rondo are different movies. This is the former.

Rondo Rondo Rondo is a recap of the show with some new context and this is a full sequel, so watch Rondo for refreshing stuff and some bit of new content and then watch the movie.
Btw are the subs timing done in a way where they can be put on the other bd rips available or no? can someone confirm this.

I made some edits to the subtitles to move them out of the upper and lower mattes of the letterboxing. This allows someone with a 21:9 monitor to view it in its full glory without giant margins on all sides. To do so just Press “e” on mpv with the default keybinds to expand to full size. At least until someone else encodes it without letterboxing.
