I already downloaded this a few months ago.. was the one I downloaded a pre-air episode? @Aryma whats wrong with the quality.. it looks ok to me....

It couldn't be a pre-air. It's a 3 ova series. Most likely, they got a license recently, what you downloaded must have been a fansub.
