For those that want the remastered video, but official subs without honorifics instead of Dogway’s subs.
Only change in the v2 is BLOAT instead of sxales for the video (and audio) so it’s less bitstarved.

I had only ever watched stabilised versions of the film before so trying to watch this one was really distracting and even a little dizzying.
It’s a shame because comparing some of the versions myself it’s obvious that despite having its own drawbacks the 2019 version does indeed have better looking lineart but without stabilising it’s just not watchable for me.
