Actually pretty good, just not really anime and would benefit from english dub more then the japanese dub, just feels wrong.

The plot of Blade Runner: Black Lotus probably suffers because it is, in my opinion, an unplanned unnecessary sequel series to the three short films (one of which was anime) used to promote the mainstream live-action Blade Runner 2049 movie which itself is a sequel to the original excellent Blade Runner movie. Adult Swim's animation in-house animation staff probably needed a "make work" project, so I am guessing this thing happened. I wish they had tried to make a continuance of Bubblegum Crisis 2032 (not 2040), but the original rights holders would have eaten up all the royalty fees whilst not doing any of the work since they mostly exist on paper now.
