@Mr-EfTi - By true, he means Netflix dub. Violet Evergarden the Movie has two dubs, one by Netflix (original dub) and another by Apple, which is believed to be recorded somewhere in middle east. Your second link is Apple dub; the quality of dub is poor, undecipherable accents, no proper lip syncs, etc.
