The OVA Isn’t Dual Audio since it doesn’t have a dub. At least it’s only one episode this time. The audio is AC-3. I don’t really know enough to know the difference between AC-3 and FLAC but from my understanding, it’s worse. Anyway I watch fate subbed but I like to have the option to switch to dub and see the differences.

AC3 is a lossy format and constant bitrate, FLAC is lossless and variable bitrate. FLAC is normally preferred because even if you are encoding to FLAC from an AC3 source, the result will be the same audio quality but smaller file size due to FLAC adjusting for areas where less bitrate is needed. AC3 will be better supported on streaming devices due to Dolby Digital being a common format used in streaming services on such devices.

There’s those ‘bubbles’ from the OP, they remain there all throughout the episodes, over the dialogue subs
