@nihonjin someone said this on reddit: "Because it's on streaming services, we are one episode ahead of the Tv broadcast, so they don't have to follow the tv schedule". Maybe they took that as a chance to improve the episode or change something, cuz i don't think they'll just do it randomly because they can...
