@RedPineapple I downloaded and watched like 30 seconds of the OVA, then did a Google search, so I'm not 100% sure how you failed to figure this out for months, but anyway, see below.

As for how often we read comments, we try to read all that we can, however given the large number of torrents we have up, this was rather difficult. We have now implemented a bot which autoforwards all comments on our releases to us, so response times on older releases should now be faster.
Just an FYI my friend watched this with autoplay on and binged the whole season and it played ep 13.5 before episode 13 and he was so confused and it kind of ruined the ending for him. So any downloaders just make sure to watch Ep 13 first not ep 13.5...
