The originals episodes 14 and 26 are the recap episodes that were not remastered

I fail to see why they decided to redub this show. What is the benefit of it? Did they think the original dub was crap? Because it certainly isn't, it's completely servicable. I feel they should've spent the money on other Gundam shows which have no dubs at all. Such a waste imo.

@morshuwarrior: According to [**AllTheAnime**](https://blog.alltheanime.com/gundam-seed-ultimate-edition-coming-may-2021/), a website who announced and are selling the Ultimate Edition Blu-ray of this show, the reason why there was a new dub is because apparently some of the episodes were changed a bit presentation-wise, so the original Ocean dub does not sync up properly. I'm not sure how true this is, but that is what they're claiming. Just scroll down to the FAQ of the page I linked and it will provide more information.

Thanks for your answer @Golumpa Yeah I'm a bit skeptical as to how much of that is true. I already have a download (from a different anime torrent site) that includes the Ocean dub synced over the remastered footage. Admittedly though, I haven't watched it yet (last time I watched Seed was before it got remastered) so I'm not sure how well it's synced. I should have done some research beforehand though.
