Compilations don't need to be marked as remakes if you aren't modifying the files. It's also best to use the original filenames for cross-seeding purposes.

No, because it takes like 28 hours for my laptop to upscale a 20 minute video, and I can't really use it for other things while it's doing it since it gets too hot. I only did the Kaguya OVA because I personally wanted to watch it (and also because I didn't expect it to take so long tbh).
