UPDATE: A newly uploaded Bakemonogatari - 04v2 can be found at the Mega Folder, which includes the credits roll the commentary track is talking about it. -------------------------------------------------- This release includes Bakemonogatari Blu-ray Episodes, along the audio commentaries that came with the Blu-rays/DVDs. Encoded to 10-Bit (x264) to reserve space while maintaining quality. Source: Balwant from Hi10 via Coalgirls Audio Commentary Translation: r/araragi - maxdefolsch & ValanL Since Coalgirls release was OCed, I have rejoined the parts and muxed everything together into one file for each episode. The result is a great balance of 'quality/file size' with two audio tracks (Original + Commentary), and two subtitle tracks (Coalgirls Subs + Commentary via maxdefolsch & ValanL) ---------------------------------------------- Hope it’s a worthy experience listening to these awesome cast comments. You can also find the entirety of the Monogatari Series + Audio Commentary and it’s Translation in this Mega folder, for a direct downloading. >Since Coalgirls release was OCed, I have rejoined the parts and muxed everything together into one file for each episode. but it's not Coalgirls you are using, it's some release from hi10anime.com.

But they are using Coalgirl's release, Coalgirl's subtitle, and Coalgirl are the one who made it Ordered Chapters in the first placed, as I can realize.
But if you rejoin order chapters, you won't have the correct staff/cast credits for each episode.
If the op/ed are not creditless. rawarauf, simply put the release you are using is not coalgirls. Technically you haven't joined what Coalgirls had split. The only thing from Coalgirls in your file will be their translations. I hope you have adjusted subtitle timings to account for timeline changes.

@someone I didn't exactly get what you mean by cast credit there? Do you perhaps talk about the OP/ED theme credits? or the OP/ED subtitles ? Can you elaborate, please?

rawarauf (uploader)

User
@sameer The OP/ED are credit-less, since it's originally Coalgirl's release. The files themselves definitely aren't exactly what Coalgirls put out, afterall, they are all 1GB+ for most episodes, with FLAC audio. This is an encoded version with much lower quality audio (AAC or Opus usually, with bitrates of 96 - 196kbps). If the description still feels so wrongfully placed, I'll just change it to make it feel less confusing. Maybe I'll change the line "Since Coalgirls release was OCed," to "Since Hi10 release was OCed," if that would fix the problem here?
That creditless comment was for @Someone. You can in a way say you removed OC from Coalgirls if the hi10anime encoder carried all the OC elements as-is into his newly encoded files. I felt maybe you were misinformed a little bit. OC is not the same as subtitles after all.

User
Oh, thanks for explaining it here, yeah I know it's different thing, and the encoder did carry the encode as it is, with the OCed OP/ED, so I had to join them together to get a seamless working audio commentary track. I used hi10 encode since it's very space friendly and the subs from Coalgirls are good ones, so I didn't replace anything from thehi10 encode. The later seasons have subs from Commie, MTBB and other sub groups, but the main source for the encode is hi10, which is OCed, since that's what they love to do, space friendly encodes.

Tagging these releases as Coalgirls is an insult to Kristen, IMO (who I believe was the encoder on all those Coalgirls releases). The video you used is the encoder at Hi10's product. You might have used Coalgirls's subtitles, but the subs' aren't original. They are different sources depending on season. Koharubi with some CoalMayoi typesetting in Bakamonogatari's case.
@rawarauf Yes, the OP/ED theme credits. If they are creditless though no need to worry about wrong credits, but then there will be no credits to see.

rawarauf (uploader)

User
@someone, yeah no credits to see, which is not nice in case of Bake episode 4 when they actually talk about the credits rolling downwards. If I can get a round to fix that, I will

@nx6 I just fixed the titles naming. hope that fixes the issue. I apologize sincerely to Kristen and the guys at Coalgirls for providing misinformation, and the insulting behavior that was definitely not intended. I am sorry again! Please enjoy the commentaries, regardless, if someone wants to let me know about any other problems, please contact me through this email address: rawarauf@gmail.com
