Man, DVD format video is pretty weird. It's 720x480, which would be a 3:2 aspect ratio except the pixels aren't square (which I didn't even know was a thing you could do until now). My video players also can't decide whether it's 29.97 or 23.97 FPS.

If you have not encoded, it is not DVDRip, it is DVDRemux.

Thanks for the upload. You could have uploaded the DVD.iso, apparently MakeMkv broke something in the frame's passing of the video in a few moments. It is readable, but strange in some panoramic scenes.
