Does not at all seem native 720p. All my tests on ep1 seemed to return 1080p, if anything (although I haven't really looked too deep into it, to be fair).

But, one question: In the ED, you have "viewtiful days". While it sounds like "viewtiful", that's not even a well built "engrish" word. Are you sure it isn't "beautiful days"?

I think they are just messing with us. Especially Sawano Hiroyuki appears to be trolling with official lyrics, for example by replacing what sounds like English with German or Japanese words which have similar pronunciations but which meaning makes no sense in that context. I think song translations should try to capture the meaning instead of being literal as songs takes liberties to sound good, but making this jank official certainly makes it difficult...
