Despite the large reduction in bitrate this release uses more optimised settings so there is only a minor degradation in video quality (as tested by VMAF, about -2 in mean compared to previous release, all episodes maintain a mean > 95). While yes this is somewhat of a V2 I do not feel like it is a definitive replacement for my other release due to the ommission of content and the issues with decoding, I don't currently experience any framedrops but I've seen my 3600 spike up to 40% usage while playing.
