[Baws](https://nyaa.si/view/1378251) is the best release for this until someone good changes the video framerate instead of using edited audio :) ~~Datte13 dropped out of working on the Evangelion Rebuilds, and I was planning on waiting for some new bluray release (3.333, which may or may not change important things) before muxing this movie but I got tired of waiting so I did 3.33 in his style. Same deal as before, UTW-THORA subs (modified with ghandi-sans) on Beatrice video with Coalgirls' dub track. The only place where I deviated from Datte was by making the audio 16 bit.~~ ~~v2 changes: TS fix + fixed audio drift on the english track that formed due to bd framerate differences (23.976 vs 24); I had to change the tempo of the dub track to compensate for this. Next person to cover this movie should mux it properly (by changing the video framerate to match japanese and english audio tracks on the USBD if that gets a 3.333 release as well) for a definitive release.~~ Video Track: 1080p main10 x265 (Beatrice-Raws) Audio Track 1: (Default): Japanese 5.1 FLAC Audio Track 2: English 5.1 FLAC Subtitle Track 1: (Default): Dialogue (UTW-THORA Modified) Subtitle Track 2: Signs and Songs (UTW-THORA Modified) Chapters: Yes [Full mediainfo here!](https://pastebin.com/Lv62bsau) ![alt text](https://files.catbox.moe/cjjjes.png)

Anno can (not) redo but I can ![lol](https://files.catbox.moe/16cyfi.jpg)
@Arcus_Deer What do you mean by "When 3.333 gets a good encode it should be muxed properly"? isn't Beatrice encode good enough?

3.333 is a bluray release that hasn't come out yet, afaik it's supposed to improve some scenes slightly
could always use a v2 in your life
What TS fix did you make?

This sign at the end was too big for some reason ![ew](https://files.catbox.moe/075vnz.png)
Why did you decide that 3.333 will get the BD edition? Was there an announcement?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Evangelion:_3.0_You_Can_(Not)_Redo >On December 23, 2020, the film was announced for a limited run in Japanese theaters beginning January 8, 2021 under the title Evangelion: 3.333 You Can (Not) Redo. This version of the film contains a variety of updated visuals meant to better align it with Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time.

@Jensen Nah, just a guess
Serious question, how come these releases never have the retail subs included with them? Do you know how hard it is to even try and find the retail subs, professionally translated by someone Khara themselves IIRC, when the Region A blu-rays are out of print?
If you are talking about English and so on subtitles for the bd edition - they are in my encoding (beatrice-raws). Subtitles 1: ENG (sup) - USABD Subtitles 2: RUS (sup) - RUSBD https://beatrice-raws.org/release/evangelion-3-0-you-can-not-redo-1080p

@fdsfgs71 Good question. Personally I don't include them because I prefer having edited and typeset subs; when done well I think they make for a better watching experience. Including extraneous sub tracks is more likely to annoy me than anything, and will confuse a lot of people when they have to choose the 'correct' one. If you disagree and would like to add a different sub track once you've downloaded a release, that's totally fine. When grabbing the subs from another release like Jensen's, they can usually be found on [animetosho](https://animetosho.org/view/beatrice-raws-evangelion-3-0-not-redo-bdrip.1521434) under "All Attatchments" and can be added to another release with mkvtoolnix quite easily.
I just finished getting the last one... lol Anyways! If I don't care about the eng track, and the fact that the preview "thing" is big, is there any difference? I just figured I might as well wait for 3.3xxxxxxxxx. :)

Nah, the v1 should work just fine for you
Sweet thanks! Always glad to have high quality work. I'm something of an Anime hoarder. lol ;) Mostly just things I've seen, and I'm sure there are a lot of older shows that I have at 720p that I should replace with x265 10bit 1080p, but who has the time? :)
The dub audio mixing is completely messed up. Not entirely sure what's happened during the conversion. FWIW the Coalgirls release already has the audio correctly converted to 24p.
Had a go at converting the dub from my own copy of 3.33. Converted to 24fps with eac3to and used Audacity to get the timing difference. It's not natively timed correctly thus requires the delay to be applied during muxing with MKVToolNix. If you drag it in as is then the delay should be auto filled in. https://mega.nz/file/uE1WFLIC#9smgNrBHPfholXns9d5Q_yb2DZTgQKCiAnmGLlCG4WY

I double checked, the audio seems just fine on my end and I converted it in the exact same way you did. I'd recommend using mpv if you're not already
So this is the new 3.33 BD? Wasn't there a new scene to bridge the gap to Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 or is it only updated visuals to match it as well as that big sign? Thanks!!!

No, 3.333 hasn't been released yet. I assume that if/when it is, those will be the only changes they make.
@Arcus_Deer It's definitely messed up. I've uploaded a short clip with both audio tracks below. It's most noticable in sound effects and music. https://mega.nz/file/iIcGEZQA#lCZCX2YrctzNu1YUn0rSbATv3A2IYOV0t8nmeUYM2W4
@Weebly I'll take a shot at a release including your fixed english track and the R1 subs.
Alright I basically made an improved version of this release: https://nyaa.si/view/1378251
