This controversal oneshot came from an anthology called "Comics underground Japan" printed by Blast Books in the early 90s. It's written and drawn by the legendary Suehiro Maruo. Story setting's in a world where Japan won the WWII.
Unknown scanner, upgraded by me. I'm currently remaking random chapters from original scans from anything I can think of and feel like doing.
maybe tomorrow I'll do another Maruo's 90-paged oneshot called "Non-Resistance City" (from the "Ultra-gash Inferno" anthology).

@komugi: you're right. It's The axis power : Japan, Italy and Germany against the world. This is a very controversal short story. Can't really tell I like or dislike it. I just hope there's more to see how far imagination takes the author. Wonder what Mussolini and Hitler would do.
@komugi: Probably not the place for it, but there are quite a few European comics on the subject of alternative WW2 outcomes (and also other uchronia). If interested, try getting your hands on the D-Day series, Wunderwaffen, WW 2.2, to name a few. For the record: they don't glorify the victory of the Axis, they just paint a picture of "What If...".
