How to you levelead this mangas? I don't know how to make this.Clean and redraw I know.

@andrewnoob leveled just means adjusting things so the blacks are black and the page is white. Otherwise with physical scans, you get greyish black on yellowish pages. If you want to read more, check out scanlation editing guides like on https://quicksandscans.wordpress.com/resources/
