How about adding CC from KaiDub as well.

Well to do that you need to retime the sub. Open the video in Subtitle Edit and save it as srt. Then sync it using aegisub, you can shift time for the whole sub by required seconds or minutes. Although you have to see the episode full for that. I found about 3-4 areas where timing needed syncing. As for the video, I think the RF value is set too high, there is a pixelation issue present on the encode.
