Last week was torture. Thanks!
waiting for GJM is torture !
You mean you didn't want a recap for 5 episodes? :>)
people were bitching that anime was different from the manga does norman never return in the manga? can someone confirm?
@yukkuri he does return in the manga as well, but its later on. The main difference people are annoyed about is the fact that one of the arcs skipped during the timeskip in episode 5 and before they meet back up with Norman is wildly considered to be the best arc in the manga, and they are also skipping some fan favorite characters. But yeah IMO it feels like they skipped it just so they could get Norman back asap in the series, makes me wonder if they're even gonna do a Season 3 or if they're just planning on skipping as fast as possible to an ending with Season 2. Either way im calling it that within 5-6 years at least S2 of promised neverland is gonna get the brotherhood treatment, if not the full series.
promised brotherhood looking good
@ItsEnder It's pretty unlikely... actually it definitely won't happen. The only thing I might see come in the future is a movie on the arc they skipped over, cause of how popular it was. But there's a reason why FMA:B's aren't a common occurrence. It only happened because the manga was insanely popular, the original anime was very popular despite its anime only ending (as it came out before the manga finished, much unlike TPN-S2 AND they had enough content to make another series with the manga's ending.. The latter half of the Promised Neverland's manga was received quite poorly, which is probably why they are trying to rush out the finished release. This isn't a studio that's trying, and failing, to make a good season, it's a studio that just wants rid... I'd be surprised if they decide to remake it.
