Does the Japanese audio track line up with the video? I tried muxing the two [zTG] sources together and it was just off enough to notice. If you managed to correct this, I hope you don't mind if I use this as a source for my upcoming v2.

By the way, as it stands my subs will be horribly off-timed starting about halfway through due to some additional footage in this version compared to the TV rip. This is part of what I'm fixing in the v2.

Also had issues with the typsetted subs. I skipped around through the movie, and the subs started to not match with the audio. The cc dub subs worked though, but I'm guessing the typsetted subs are more accurate. Will wait for v2

@typesetter I don't know about this torrent but if you have the [zTG] sources then the japanese audio needs a delay of -400 to match perfectly. I did use mkvmerge to do it and then I compared the audios with the scene at 31:07 (sounds of opening and closing the door). Edit: I checked this torrent and is not a perfect match, you still need to add the delay to the japanese audio.

Yes, also I figured out what is causing the issue with subtitles, for some reason the 720p encode has some scenes removed (besides the logo at the start), the first one around 32 minutes (time of the video in this torrent), second one at 38:13 (time of the video in this torrent), I’m checking for more scenes removed LOL xD By the way, the first scene removed has no dialogue, the second one has dialogue that is not on the subtitles, but you can copy paste the dialogue from the other subtitles...

Yes, thank you. I had already figured out there were missing lines when I watched through the official subs. I'm in the process of retiming the whole thing from scratch, since the keyframes also appear to be different.
