next week recap lol
recap of what lol, it's been 5 episodes
This is an even greater trainwreck than opm S2. Jesus Christ
@0wlz Watch this Episode, It will all make sense lol
YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO NORMAN BACK IN THE HOUSE
@solidsnake It's not OPM S2 levels of bad but yep, it's bad.
Oh no... these comments are scarier than the show itself.
this didn't happen in the Manga they changed it its gonna be a original ending and the chance of s3 goes down the drain same way it did with Bokutachi wa benkyou
@bakka_hentai Wait... Was that really a controversial opinion? The manga's finished and its later arcs were received quite poorly. So it looks like the series is trying to rush an ending within a single season, changing the source material and quickening the pace a fair bit. The escape arc was the best received part of the manga, and why the anime did so well, but it looks like the rest isn't as good. I mean, I haven't read the manga, but judging from forum activity and the more recent reviews, it didn't end that well. And, in my opinion, what we have so far has reflected that. But maybe that's just me.
This is Index III level of bad
Wait until Aniplex USA charges $120 for season 1 / 2 blu-rays. More to hate.
So wait, u guys saying this season 2 will be the last season??
@AbudiUchiha It's very possible. If you want to know how bad it is... Season 1 adapted two arcs. The introduction and jailbreak arc. Season 2 is currently moving onto the 7th arc of the series. Yup. Seventh. That's 4-5 arcs by the 5th episode. That's not 1 arc per episode, they just skipped some arcs entirely and skipped lots of the parts within the arcs they actually did try to adapt.. Even removing some major characters. There's about four arcs(?) left and the last arc is the shortest. If they suddenly go back to a slower pace, they might be able to just scrape a third season. But they skipped one of the more popular arcs of the series, it really does look like they're just trying to end it and I don't know if that's down to weird production management or because the manga ended poorly.
@YellowDrax Damn that's a lot. I read that they skipped some arcs and major characters when they introduced Isabelle but I didn't expect that only about 4 arcs were remaining. Yeah, if this is how they planning, no way they gonna do season 3 with a slower pace. Especially when the last arcs were not received poorly as u said. Damn, and here I thought I just might be able to get 4-5 seasons lol. Anyways what do u think of the anime? Is it good or I should start reading the manga?
while yeah the later arcs are poorly received so it makes sense to go anime original, they've also skipped what is widely considered the best arc of the entire series by the manga fandom in doing so.
