do you focus on xysub or mpv ?

most likely mpv because libass is better than VSFilter or any DirectShow subtitle filter that work in windows only

i hate mpv because i can't customize it in GUI, idk how to force default subtitle style if i want to, idk if it's downmixing channels properly, idk how to change that, idk how to output to wasapi, it's more of a click and play player (and ofc madVR is a absolute must)...

but you were right Aryma i installed assfilter (based on libass) into mpc and everything works like a charm
