Since there is no Table of content page i was unable to tell so i simply decided to remove the page to keep the double page view consistent. Note 2: forgot to mention. But also retypesetted a select double page in volume 8. Essentially the double page was joined over with speech bubble. So you are supposed to read the right side of the speech bubble and then the left side. It looked really janky as spread so i retypsetted it to make it look more uniform.
