@Aryma: DDY's v0 encode uses lower quality video sources than CR (= the source SubsPlease rips, which releases later than the TV and wakanim sources DDY uses). DDY v1 will use the best web quality (which will likely be better than SubsPlease, once it comes out), but before that, SubsPlease video quality *will* be better than this. @Luxyry: "unaltered" is not necessarily the "best" way that same video can look. skilled encoders can and do make video look better than the best source available by filtering it (such as debanding).

So happy I discovered these subs, I think they're better than subsplease but I don't like how they use "demon" instead of "devil" to describe the Eldians. Hope they change that, demon feels a bit weird

@wickleaf Subsplease does not fansub. They just rip the streams from CR/Funi etc.
