Good encoders don't encode based on bitrate, instead they use algorithms based on quality that determines the output bitrate. If an episode has more bitrate it's because it needed more to retain the quality of the source. There are a multitude of reasons as to why one episode may require much more or much less bitrate than the previous.
☝️?☝️ Glad I went with your encode. Good audio/video quality, and rock solid subs for both audio tracks. I usually prefer smaller file sizes, but I sure can't complain about the quality. Thanks.
