Did Aniplex use their Japanese m2ts file and just slapped on English dub? Anybody know?

@Warui Umm, no, this is a genuine English version. It has English credits at the end and everything.

@JRD179 But what difference is there between the original Japanese film and the one from the USA? THE QUALITY?

In terms of bit rate, the US BD is around 36 mbps. JP BD's are usually 38-39 mbps, so they had to lower it somewhat to fit the English tracks in there. It's not a huge difference, though. You'd have to compare them side by side to tell.

Not sure if you guys even get it or just are ignorant on how Aniplex releases usually are. Aniplex tends to use their Japanese blurays on their English dub releases in the US and abroad. Hence why they jack up the price.
