How is this HEVC encode larger than HS?

I got some dropped frames playing this back. I don't remember that happening before. Did anything change with the settings? mpv said 0 dropped decoder frames but hundreds of dropped output frames. Not sure what would be to blame.

@iru, I did update my HEVC encoder from 2.9 to 3.4. There shouldn't be a problem with playback if your player is using the latest / stable HEVC decoder.
