why can't you download? use normal qbittorrent, I use it without trouble and without doing nothing out of normal. Just download the torrent and seed after as you do here

You need to seed everything you download for at least 100 hours, that's the main rule there. So if you download anything keep it seeding (uploading with your client) for 100 hours. That's the only way to maintain a good status there and keep downloading what you want.

Skyeysnow is a good tracker. and it's easy to maintain ratio and all. Just seed everything you downloaded for at least 100 hours and you're free to stay there and keep downloading. Use google translate extension in your browser to explore the site and read all their rules. Wait till you have around -200points to download more. You're welcome. :)
