The sentence in question is spoken by Shigure after the end of his conversation with Hatsuharu. The sentence in Japanese isn't specific about who or what is being talked about. It amounts to "<someone> should realize <something>." The translators got the verb wrong, interpreted it as "<someone> should be made to realize <something>", and pinned this down as "Akito should just teach them (the zodiac members) a lesson already." This is definitely wrong. The previous sentence is "Akito, too, (huh)" so the probable meaning is "Akito should realize <something> already," but what it is that Akito should realize is definitely not specified.
