May be **1440x1080** or **1280x960** ?? not 720p !

720p is fine. It's an upscale from ~480p anyway. It's really hard to tell the difference between 1080p and 720p in upscales like this BD. You can test it yourself.

The file size seems pretty small. You should at least aim for 300MB per episode (more bitrate). What preset are you using on HandBrake?

960x720 > 1280x960 Esto es un upscale de por sí, recuerda que está originalmente animado en 480p, además como te dijeron más arriba no hay mucha diferencia entre 1080p y 720p, no entiendo ¿por qué en 960p? Otra cosa, a tu encode le falta algo de bitrate, estás usando un valor de --crf 22 ¿no crees que es muy alto?
