![](https://cdn-eu.anidb.net/images/main/74983.jpg) This show has some great OPs. Filtering is admittedly fairly lazy, but most of the artifacting tends to get hidden fairly well by the visuals already so it shouldn't be too bad. This show was very likely 486i native, but due to post-processing descaling it becomes nigh-impossible. Luckily this is nowhere near a QTEC SD upscale, so we can at least work with it. Filtering includes IVTC with additional decombing, cropping away bad edges and edgefixing what's left, supersampling + downscaling to slightly sharpen it and deal with slight bits of bad lineart, faint masked denoising to mostly lower the amount of heavy dynamic noise for compression's sake, chroma warping, line sharpening and darkening, masked deband, and finally very light regraining. ED1v1 is marked as such because there's two versions, but v2 (the Ep50 ED) doesn't have an NC and I didn't want to bother fixing the 60i credits over it. Requests are welcome, but don't count on me to follow through with yours from the get-go. A sheet with links to all my releases, as well as OP/EDs I plan on encoding, can be found [here](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1VYJymlJMgQG36upLIT_P_evI5mUkEYnmAcg06Z0P28U/edit?usp=sharing).

Still can't believe this of all things got BDs. And ones that aren't even total shit at that
Maybe one day we'll get a good encode of the full show
I mean...you can just do the whole show if you want :D
Sounds like effort, and we don't do that here :^)
Encoding the whole show. kek.
Lol. Does a big "pretty please" help with the effort?
Get me a server that doesn't run at ~0.2fps like this script did for me and we'll see :^)
**@Yukino** Pretty please, or not, no one’s encoding this as of now. Takes weeks, and people are lazy. Someone else can do the honors. The art of laziness has been perfected.
umm i have raspberry pi. can you use that? probably run at 0.2fps or better if you encode for the screen size of a game boy. i can just read the subtitles in a text file as i go. :)
> GameBoy... > 1080p>144p. The Oracle has spoken. **(¬‿¬)**
I mean the gameboy has a headphone jack too. not a bad idea lol
if you want high quality of those Creditless Openings & Endings (i believe a remuxs), "asc3nsi0n (https://nyaa.si/user/asc3nsi0n)" shares a DDL: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/15Mi9EiLXyztCN5GNJuvVn5YHPgIkCGHG if you wants the full BDMVs, "JhonnySetnom" shared all the 7 BDBOXs: vol 1- https://nyaa.si/view/1278270 vol 2- https://nyaa.si/view/1278303 vol 3 and vol 4- https://nyaa.si/view/1278306 vol 5 and vol 6- https://nyaa.si/view/1278462 vol 7 - https://nyaa.si/view/1278461
Encodes of the show would have to be VFR, for one thing. Annoying.
Why does VFR even exist? It's just a pain for decoding/encoding.
Because people hate encoders
But the ED1 is constant 30p (well, not really, there are also 60i elements but given the main video is 30p we can safely ignore those), not 24p. The one here even looks choppy on playback. I haven't checked the rest but when I checked OP3 I did notice that it's itself VFR, and saw that the VIVTC pass done on the one here nuked some unique frames along with some residual combing still left from the many transitions and fades between scenes that were 60i as well. The combing is mostly visible when downscaling the image or with a luma histogram. To illustrate, I've made some comparisons: https://slow.pics/c/IOtGrPNs . Hope this info helps.
Ah shit, ye. My bad. I'm unlikely to redo these encodes, but it's good info for those that want to tackle it. Thanks @Usome!
So my "pretty please" isn't enough to convince you to do the whole series? what's wrong with you people? fuck anime. going back to watching cartoons...
Only kidding. Don't make such a sad face. :)

If someone wants to put the dubs in 1080p for this series I'll offer $15usd via PayPal. If that helps with willing to put the effort in???
Lol faggots buy a tv box to play VFR they are really cheap
