I'm not the OP, but the H patch is optional and can be toggled in-game. I don't see any issue in it being here from my perspective.

I'm getting a constant "static" noise in the background.. i searched around and peeps said that ya need to update it to the latest and it already is the latest version right? any solution?

I'm confused, is this a pre-patched ready to go English version of the game or do I need to download the Japanese version first and then copy these files over
