At the end of the 20th century a massive building program is started due to rising sea levels. As part of this building program labor construction robots are built. These robots are not only used for construction though, the new technology also brings forth a new type of crime - Labor Crime. To cope with this new type of crime the police set up a Pat[rol] Labor division: “Special Vehicles, Section 2”.

Encoded from the US BD. Dual Audio: Japanese (Stereo FLAC), English [Bandai] (Stereo FLAC), Japanese Commentary [Episodes 1&2] (Stereo AAC). Since my original release was a re-encode and I recently got my hands on the US BD Box, I thought these were worth a revisit. Probably nothing game changing but it should be nominally better quality.

I will be doing the TV series and 2nd OVA series later, since they were a separate continuity and they will take more time I decided to not to wait around releasing them.
