I don’t know what you mean by “good english intro”, it’s bluray jap with sub english synchronize.

They mean the OP song, which is from The Delgados, a Scottish indie band, Woke from Dreaming is also used a lot in the series.

Not having seen this anime I couldn’t answer at all.
