It consists of very weak denoise, rescale using a mix of FSRCNNX and nnedi3 to get rid of the ringing due to the Lanczos upscale (I'm not sure actually but it's the best kernel I found to deal with the halo), slight chroma shift for the OP, antialiasing, and edgecleaner/deringing to remove the last ringing and dirty noise around lineart.
