Interview with mangaka Sakura Yume, author of _Bakapple_, aired 26th July 2020 on radio show _Hime-sama wa hatarakitakunai degozaru!!_, in which we learn among others the following things which may or may not be already known, or true:
- he's a dude
- he owns 400 manga
- he likes reading manga more than writing them
- he's an outdoors type of person
- _Jikobukken no Yuurei-chan_ was inspired by Fuuko from _Clannad_
- he's currently working as Miyajima Reiji's assistant on _Kanojo, Okarishimasu_
- he started writing manga in high school in order to win a prize to buy a 3DS and games with
- he won a 100000-yen prize in that contest, and kept submitting manga to contests and winning prizes for a while
- he'd look up what works had won prizes recently and write something in a similar line
- he makes 10000 yen per page (200000 yen per week)
- he wakes up in the evening and goes to sleep at 5
