Description makes it sound as if you're able to launch the game itself via Launcher.exe, but I assume it's Ryza.exe(from the CODEX folder) that should be used? If I try launch the game via former, I get 'game not installed properly', but the latter works. When I launch the game, I get a brief message of some 'shaders failed to compile' but which graphics option does it refer to? Game itself launches fine though. (Got the game from here yesterday(#1205112), and applied the patches in order, and about to apply this one too)

There are two .exe files you can run. The Launcher is to configure any settings for either keyboard and mouse setup or using a supported controller along with resolution and graphic tweaking. After saving the settings you choose from the launcher in that same window you can choose to start the game. The other .exe file which you mentioned runs straight into the game, nothing complicated about this. Your graphic settings might not support certain shaders if you are receiving errors. Check out your graphic card maker if it supports those shaders. I believe it might be shader 3 or something. I had that same error when I use to be on a 12 yr old PC before upgrading to a Ryzen.
