There's a reason why anime studios make the video frames at **23.976fps.** Interpolation doesn't do anything but add extra unnecessary frames, adding blur and extra artifacts that weren't there to begin with. Interpolating also takes hours. How do I know? Cause I've tried it once with a video that was originally at **24fps.** The end result was horrific, and all the frames were botched beyond comprehension.
